1. General information

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing the personal data of users of the npromet.pl website.

The website is used to present the book “When the Man I Used to Be Died”, provide access to its public demo version and collect registrations from persons interested in receiving information about the publication of the book.

• date and time when the form was submitted,

In the case of direct contact by email, the sender’s email address and any information voluntarily included in the message are processed.

Technical server logs may be stored for the period resulting from the settings and policies of the hosting provider.

The data may be processed by entities providing technical support for the website, in particular:

• the hosting and email provider OVHcloud,
• providers of software used to operate the website and forms,
• persons providing technical support, where access to the data is necessary to perform those services.

The data is not sold or transferred to other entities for advertising purposes.

A person whose data is processed has the right to:

• correct the data,
• have the data erased,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability, where applicable,
• withdraw consent.
